Michael founded the charity along with his Wife Trisha back in September 2018 in memory of their children Teddy & Rose White. Michael is involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the charity.
“Seeing how far the charity has come in the short time since we were formed is overwhelming, we have received such amazing support from so many wonderful people.
My enthusiasm and passion to run the charity, comes from me wanting to do something positive, something special in memory of my children Teddy & Rose.
I also get great pride from helping support other families who have been impacted by baby loss, even if its just something as small as being there for them to talk to.
I know that Dad’s sometimes struggle to open up and talk about their feelings, I hope that by me sharing my story and talking about my children, will help other Dad’s feel more comfortable in doing the same.
As difficult as it is to accept, nobody can bring your children back and the most difficult thing to do is to try and carry on with ‘normal’ life. Hopefully the charity can help people in a small way to do that, even if its just holding out a hand to say that we understand how you feel and are here for you”.
